I joined www.slimtime.co.uk in March 2001 hopefully to post a weight loss every week in the "pound a week" club and kept records on the sheets that Karen sends to us all.

The Plan
The healthy eating plan started on the 22nd September 2000 and it was hit and miss as we were in Spain until the end of October and I didn't have a local slimming club, a calorie counter or small, calibrated scales. The we went to England and I was able to buy the scales and counter and take them with me wherever we went. On 5th November we went to India and it was really hard to count the calories when sometimes we didn't know what we were eating never mind being able to count the calories!!!
Back to England on 1st. January and I had lost 19lbs which is quite unusal as I always put on weight when we stay in India. Our son had to have a major operation so we were forced to stay in England for 10 weeks and I lost 14lbs. Total lost between September 2000 and March 2001 was 33lbs.
Back to Spain armed with scales, calorie counter, lots of low-fat cook books and anything written by Judith Wills.
I came back to Spain weighing 182lbs - joined slimtime and here is the weekly weight loss.

My Blood Pressure went from 141/80 to 120/80
BMI was 34.5 and it is now 24.5
